Specialist Components are pleased to offer refurbished 8 and 16v Cylinder Heads, completely modified to suit the Twin Kam Conversion for the A series engine.
Std refurbished heads :-
Stripped and chemically cleaned
Oil drain back slots tig welded and tapped for BSP fittings
head tig welded at front to convert to dry belt drive
head blasted clean
head face surfaced
valve seats cut
new oil stem seals
head dry assembled and cam clearances set
all parts removed and then re-fitted lubed ready for bolting onto block
cam cover milled to fit dry belt set up
supplied with cam cover gasket
4 * exhaust manifold gaskets
throttle bodies checked for wear - replaced as necessary
supplied with std injectors and inlet mounting stubbs,TPS
supplied with Dowty washers and BSP fittings for oil drain back
