Precision CNC machined 316L stainless steel bolts, these are the large flanged bolts which support the rear subframe through the trunnion mount/bush. These fit every Mini from 1959-2000 and will not rust - unlike everything else on the market! 316L is one of the highest grades of stainless steel - its also one of the toughest to machine but we don't take the easy route to make parts that will stay with the car forever and still look fantastic 50 years from now!
Since the inception of water based corrosion resistant coatings probably 20yrs ago now the durability of these zinc finishes on mild steel has reduced in effectiveness - 316L is such a high quality material it is the stainless of choice of marine/aviation/food industries and will not rust or degrade ever!
