Evolving our tried and tested "tough" cranks we're making a mid 2025 introduction of a revised tough crank. The new cranks will be more counterbalanced around the big ends than before, they'll still be lightened, cross drilled on the mains, balanced and hardened/polished and be ready for use in a road engine or the highest power 16v race engine and everything in between. The evolution coincides with the large expansion of A-Series rods we've designed based on the S 1.625" big end diameter. This allows our range of cranks to grow as well, we'll be offering the following as cranks on their own and in a separate listing crank/rod packages. The crank range will be:-
:- A/A+ Tough crank 81.3mm stroke (STD), revised 2025 design maintaining the 1.75" dia big end to utilise any non "S" 1300 con rod
:- A/A+ mains - 81.3mm stroke (STD) so fits any non "S" 1300 block but with "S" big ends allowing use with any "S" style con rod
:- A/A+ mains - 84mm stroke - giving1430cc with 73.5mm bore, offsett ground utilising "S" big ends for use with any "S" style rod - see separate listing for 1430cc crank/rod/piston combo utilising our 6.00 inch S rod and super short pistons!!!
