SC and Active Technologies have developed an exciting new product for our 'K' Twin 'Cam conversion for the A-series engine. These bespoke billet throttle bodies bolt directly to the BMW cylinder head and have a unique patented 'shaftless' design. Equivalent to conventional 40mm throttle bodies, these flow enough for over 200bhp while providing excellent driveability.
The throttle bodies are optimised for flow and feature a 5 degree downdraft, a custom linkage is included along with a bespoke stainless steel fuel rail.
The overall length of these is adjustable by different length extension tubes and ram pipes. Our standard design will package into a standard round nose Mini.

| Retro Ford magazine's Goldmember project car has been visiting SC for an upgrade to its induction system. Now proudly boasting an SC Typhoon engine managment system and AT Power billet aluminium throttle bodies, its Pinto 2.1L engine has been boosted from 148bhp to 166bhp with a matching increase in torque throughout the rev range.
The car's owner, Ben Morley, was delighted with the results, particularly the improved driveability over the Weber carbs and ignition fitted previously.

The first in an exciting new range of individual throttle body kits, is now available for Honda K20 engines, producing an increase in power of 35bhp and torque of 20lbft on an otherwise unmodified engine.
